Q: Bella, what advice do you have for someone who wishes to improve their career/finance and love life (finding Mr Right)? ~ Jenny

A: Jenny, Hey there! Thanks for the fabulous question. There are some things you can do that will improve all three--career, finance, mr. right--and then there are some things you can do for each of them specifically.

To improve everything:

1. Clear your clutter. Not just the obvious junk lying around, but also old books/CDs/DVDs that you don't like anymore, old clothes that are too big/too small, stuff that's accumulated in random drawers/closets. Even your garage should be a tidy place to store things, not a mass of boxes and random stuff.

2. Look around your house/apartment. Is everything in it something that you love/something that's useful/something that inspires you. For example, garbage cans are good Feng Shui because we need them to keep our homes free from trash. However, we need to keep them clean, empty them when they get full, replace them when they're cracked/broken.

3. Does everything work? If you can't/don't feel like fixing it, toss it.

To improve career

1. Put up a black mat in front of your front door. Make sure it's big enough to span the entire doorway.

2. Is there somewhere by your front door (either in or out) that you can put moving water or a wind chime? Either a outdoor water fountain next to your front door (but not in front of it) or a small table top fountain on a foyer table. Fountains and wind chimes both do the same thing--they keep energy circulating

 

To improve finances

1. Stand outside, facing your front door. What is in the back left corner of your house/property? Again this is a great place for wind chimes to keep energy flowing here. Also purples, reds & blues. Click the bagua map for a closer look at colors.

 

To help you find Mr. Right

1. Make sure that you don't have a lot of solo things in the house--i.e. one candle, pictures/artwork of only one person, blue/green sheets on your bed. Your bed should have skin-toned sheets (any shade of purples through reds through pinks) and you want to have twos of everything that you can throughout your house.
