All About Romance: The romance is very good. This is my first Bella Andre but I’m interested in reading more. There is a book preceding this one which features another firefighter on Sam’s hotshot team, and I look forward to adding it to my collection.

Beautiful Vermont!
We had such a great time in Vermont - and they’ve got a great big Borders in downtown Burlington with lots of my books too! [There's a little celebrate 400 years in Burlington sign in the far left corner. Wow, for us Californians, that seems like an impressively long time for a city to be around.]

Monica McCarty and I did a workshop on Alpha Heroes at the RWA National conference in DC last week - and in an article in the Washington Post they mentioned it. http://tinyurl.com/ktlazn

Yes, that was directly from our workshop, which makes me think Monica Hesse, the writer of the article, was probably listening in to our workshop. Fun!

Booksigning and RWA Workshop
First off, I’ll be signing copies of WILD HEAT on Wednesday, July 15, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel, Exhibit Hall in Washington, D.C. along with hundreds of my romance writer friends! If you’re in the area, please drop by!
And on Thursday at 3:15, Monica McCarty, Jami Alden and I will be presenting our workshop on Alpha heroes: The A to Z’s of Alpha heroes (from three writers who always write them). We’re going to have a great time talking about our favorite kind of heroes!
